Hi TTG I think I can help you with this. I'm also looking to start a Prison Server but I was getting caught up in the technicalities. I'm real good at maths so the balancing logic won't be a problem for me.

How much are you looking to spend for the web development side of things? I can cover that for you no problem but I need a feel for the numbers.
