You seem pretty nice, and you typed everything out will.
I already know you will not be able to build ALL The stuff I want lol, but thats not an issue.
I'm going to make a rough outline of a website (enjin). Please Check it out when its done.

Not so many Mods / Webmasters anymore. But Scripters and Builders are very needed.

Hello.
I'm an 18 year old male named Trevor.

I've been in the Minecraft scene in and out, I'm an Ex Server Owner.
I ran a server a lot like what you're trying to do.

My server had split factions between different Biomes and what not...
Dwarves lived in a HUGE Mine, with elaborate lava structures.
Fairies and Elves lived in a forest, with the mother of all trees.
Royals and Rogues lived among the castley plain scene.
Atlantians lived undersea and breathed sea waters.
Angels lived in Olympus with the gods. Able to pass back and forth, it is against all laws to show any Angelicness of your being while on the Earth.

...so I sort of know what you're coming from on this project.
Let me know if you need a real hand on this buddy. I know how long this takes to do!

I personally own my own server, and I feel like the greatest function is the ban feature.
It is a very un-unique and very much appreciated command. hehe.

But no really, I just hate it when people come on and expect OP or admin or w/e, -From any age. Its like hey, I see you have a full staff, and you're very strict at who even gets to be staff in the first place. I built this one thing, on this other server that you cant see.. Can I have Creative pl0xx.
Lol no? /ban!

But seriously. I feel like AvatarAcid has spoken the best words so far.
Griefers are griefers. and Annoying Trolls and spammers will come and go, at any age.
You just have to weed through the weirdos to get the valuable players that you want to spend countless hours with.

I never said I hate playing with little kids.
I've made some really good friends, who you would never guess are like 12.

I just said its amazing how many youngins there actually is in comparison to any other game you'd actually have to put money into.

And yes... There are those annoying spammer ones. But you can be annoying and spam at any age. Its just more likely to happen, naturally, when you're young.

What an unexpected, but well appreciated reply.
I am only just about to turn 18 myself. But I had no idea how many youngins actually played this game. Its almost kind of scary lol.

I guess I've just had it easy. I was playing Zelda, Spyro, Final Fantasy, and stuff like that until I was at least 10. And then I played RuneScape for way to long, like every other kid.

When I was 12 I was actually given Guild Wars. When I was 15 I ran a guild, which for some reason everyone that plays GW is 25-40, which is nice. Great community. But anyways! I was running a guild with people twice my age, and they respected me.
Now I come to MineCraft and I cant imagine them doing that at all.

Perhaps different breeds? Heh

On a level from 1-10 , how mature are you?: Honestly it souly depends on the situation. If it calls for it, I can go from a 5 to a 10 instantly. On most times, I'd say an 8.
Do you have a youtube channel?: Its not used but yes.

How many hours a day will you be able to dedicate to this Series?: How many hours are YOU able to dedicate? I'll match it.
What is you're personailty?: I'm that 'funny guy'. I'm nice and have that humor. I can bug you if I wanted to.. but that'd only be to torture haha. (in a friendly way!)
Are you a girl or guy?: I'm a male.
Why could we choose you to be in are series?: Because I have never played tekkit and it would be hilarious seeing someone fail ultimately at it.
