What makes you App better than everyone else's?(Tekkit reasons) : I am a Exp. Tekkit player, I have played mods such as RailCraft, BuildCraft, IC2, and EE since before Tekkit came out.
I know how to moderate administrait and maybe operate your server! This is what I would do for a combination of situations.
Hacking: I would use a spectate plugin or /vanish to stalk them and find out how/what their hacks do, then I would ban them if I feel its appropriate.
X Ray: I would know they were using that by if they mine in weird fashions and finding ores everywhere, what i would do is I would first kick them and say to stop doing that, then I would jail them, and then maybe ban them!
Spamming: Instant mute, maybe jail and ban.
Griefing: First I would use a program such as Core Protect to make sure they did it, then I would give them warning, based on what they griefed, if they rief spawn, maybe a jail for 1/2 a week- permanite ban. If it was a house, I would first use hawkeye to reverse it or BB (Big Brother) then I would jail the griefer for 1 week OR perma ban them.
TP killing: I would give the killee (the person who got killed) their items back, and jail/ban the TP kiilled, because that REALLY cheap.
