Personally, I have no issue with more griefers as I believe that people should have freedom to do as they like in a game. On PVP servers, I personally find it more fun defending my own base than attacking others (unless I have a reason to).
My opinion is, Minecraft is a GAME, so people shouldn't be trying to limit what people make of it. Minecraft would be a bad game without people playing it in a mixture of ways.
Also, I am sick of other posts that say 'Griefers behave like they do in-game in the real world'. I sincerely doubt that 'kids' who play this game go around burning down houses and killing people in the real world. A good aspect of a game is that it allows you to do things that you wouldn't otherwise do, so it is no wonder that people feel an urge to blow up people's houses, as they would be arrested in reality. This is also why I feel that games such as 'Grand Theft Auto' and 'Call of Duty' are popular, as when do real life people regularly go around running people over and going to war without the fear of death.
