Are you a good builder: decent but im not patient yet im gifted with redstone talents
What rank are you looking for: Mod or builder (preferably mod)
Can you make a website for the server:no, but i have a good friend who will make one if i pay him a bit XD
Other info: Been mod on 3 servers and op on 4 others. (once i quit mod position, it shut down in days)

Why do you want to become moderator: I feel justified to let all of minecraft share in the fun I get out of minecraft and stop those who aim to kill that joy
What makes you stand out from others? Others just like to be in control, I like to help
Plugin experience: I have played on all sorts of bukkit servers and been a mod on 2 bukkit servers

Position - Engineer. Created the forever weather machine and so on

Hours p/d you are able to Build - depends school/not school day. Not school= 2-3 hours school 30 mins - an hour at 7:00/8:00 ET
Recnt builds/Plugins/Landscapes you have made URL/LINK - I don't make public builds but I have a redstone world and It is massive
What Dragonball Z means to you - A LOT (Gohan is by far the best) xD
Additional Info - Have skype and ooVoo if I get accepted to the server, i'll tell you them.
