Hey guys i recently solved this problem
you may need photoshop to fix it other than that it is fairly simple
1. Open Photoshop then you banner.
2. Click image > Canvas Size
3. Set it to 468, 60!
4. Save for web and upload and DONE!
please make sure to change it to 468x60 otherwise it will not work
