What do YOU think it means to be a moderator: Personally for me a moderator is a person who helps run and keep the server under perfect conditions. This person must dedicate their time to do whatever the best is for the server. Without good moderators or staff in general a server is just going to fail. No question bout that.
If you look all the pro servers with like 100+ people on it have good staff. How many times have you been on a server like that and have terrible staff? Exactly.
A moderator on this server shall help players and staff, would you be able to do this and if so, how will you?: I will be able to do this in my best power! I will by standing by for players for whatever they need for help regardless of anything else. If they need to ask a question, I will be there to give the best answer possible.
Out of the people who are going to apply for this position, what makes you a better person to become a moderator?: I have experience on many servers. I even have my own which was a huge survival games server but I felt I wanted to move on. I have been in the server business for a year and a half and have had help from lots of people who are good at a lot of things. I am experienced with World Edit, Essentials, Permissions, and many other plugins. I once crashed my friends server from getting so many people on it, but on the other hand it was only a 3GB one...
