I am applying because I am a nice guy. I am also fair when having slight power. I play clash of clans and have a clan that is successful because I am kind to others.
Also, I spend time with people and can help them if they are confused.

Yes I can most certainly follow every rule you give me because as a staff member, I believe that the Owner is the law and we follow the laws.
