Id like to know how and what the best computer is so far, and how much computing power is lost when you do the virtual machine in minecraft.

I think notch is going over the top. instead of building things into vanilla minecraft, he should start making mods easier to install, makeing some mods come preinstalled so you can choose to play with them, and he should optimize minecraft to run as well as possible on lame computers (mine). essentially, not everyone has state of the art Macs.

what are your problems? you can't get port 25565 open, no plugins work? or do you want to create a spawn and it doesn't work?
