What will you bring to the server:Buildings which are incorporated into the environment, rather than plopped on top of a cut out flat surface. etc...
How long will you be on each day:It depends, probably about 3-4 hours

PREVIOUS STAFF POSITIONS ON OTHER SERVERS : Yes, but no large scale servers (widely known)

Why would you like to be staff?: to terraform areas, to create mountains, lakes, rivers...etc. Along with integrating towns and such into them.

Do you have any experience?: no known large scale projects, but quite a few builds on other servers a while ago.
