Strengths: I am a natural at creative building and socializing and will contribute to the server in these ways.
Weaknesses: As you see in my overall experience, I have only basic and intermediate knowledge of plugins. I also have a short fuse and a bad sense of humor.
Griefer Toleration: I will ask for the reason why they did the action that got them there in the first place. If I see they are truly sorry, I will let them off with a warning. However, if they do it again, I can-and most certainly will-Temporarily (If Mod) or Permanently (If Admin) ban them. If you have a website, they will have to appeal on that website.
Personality: I am a fun, happy person who is always more than happy to help. However, I will also be more than happy to ban people who set me off, like griefers and spammers. Spammers include advertisers, people who want everyone to join 1 thing on a server or on a free OP server the people screaming "OP ME!" like lunatics.
Contribution: I will be able to bring new players to the server and build the popularity. Also, I will help build up new events and game types so everyone will be able to enjoy.
Why should we choose you: I am confident that I can bring new players to your server; on the server I would keep the natural flow of the chat, whilst cracking down on anybody who is becoming a problem. I'm also very well educated in creative building which should meet the standards of an Admin or Mod rank. On average I play 3-6 hours per day, so I should be able to keep a good relationship with the servers population.
