Is that called template, never heard anybody calling it that so I was confused sorry, the first thing I think about when I hear template, is something to draw around it.

By Mob Models and Texture Templates you mean, what exactly? What do you mean with templates?
(Or do you mean just textures for your mod models?)

Just for your information gimp works on mac (since i use it myself ON A MAC)
You probably tried to use the windows version that won't work of course...
Just search for a mac version

I can't really tell wich one is the worst since every new things getting worse than another
But i can say what i most loved to watch as a kid spongebob squarepants yay
Still love it... (and mostly thinking to myself "wtf that was for kids XD")
