I'm obsessed with Arkham Knight don't even WORRY dawg !! My tips ─ if you get a practice trial, DO THE PRACTICE TRIAL!! It's very important to build up your skills not only in combat, but in traversing Gotham City quickly and getting used to the controls. If you're looking to 100% your campaign... I'm so sorry. You really, REALLY have to lock in if you want to complete all of the side quests and whatnot ─ some trials are really difficult, and some are just suuuuuuper tedious (like collecting every last one of the Riddler's riddles. Ugh.)
