What is the problem exactly? Can you not open the command box or are none of the commands working?
also what console do you use
i play on switch as well as pc and I have a custom binding for the commands thingy
try going to settings and changing the bindings there
EDIT if you mean the server console than i dont have much experience there
but there is usually a jar or something on your client side somewhere
