I have never heard about this before... It's... it's so hardcore, I mean, this is basically impossible. Check if you can access account.mojang.com, if yes the answer is very simple: it's a Mojang's server problem. If no, only thing you can do is open a ticket / contact Mojang. Just tell them what's your problem.
