That's an error in Multicraft, contact whoever your server provider is via a support ticket and ask for help. There's not much you can do.

If you are the developer of the plugin, you should make it so you can add kits via a configuration file rather than hardcoding them into the plugin.

Maybe something like alchemist. White coloured leather armour, a few splash potions like poison, weakness and slowness, a stone sword, etc. I guess that would be Donator so the effect could be Speed II.

HF is a fun place..
Whitelist it if you're okay with that, add the regular players to it. Keep rolling back any grief that they do. Although just a heads up, your server will probably just get hit offline before major damage is done.

Also don't load a plugin if someone asks.

Put that in a pastebin with YAML formatting selected.
Post whatever error shows up relating to PEX from the console into code tags.

I'm not sure if it's the problem, but you shouldn't leave an empty item, like " -". Also it's '*' not just *. If you want something to not have their own specific permissions, use [] on the same line as permissions:

What's the craftbukkit that you downloaded called? Just change what I had above from craftbukkit.jar to whatever yours is.

Open Notepad.
Paste the following into it.

@ECHO OFF
echo Starting up server!
java -Xms1024m -Xmx1024m -jar craftbukkit.jar
PAUSE

Hit File -> Save As...
Change the "Save as type:" to All Files
Make the "file name:" say run.bat

Try running it.

The name is meh, whenever I hear frick/fricking, I think 7 year old children. You should get a name that doesn't have Factions in it, that way you'd open yourself up to expansion to other modes instead of being locked into Factions.

Just find a spambot (Darkbot's good), set the server to cracked for a bit and then use darkbot to get a bunch of random offline-mode accounts to repeatedly join and leave.

That's an End Of File Exception, which AFAIK is thrown when a program gets to the end of a file, and keeps trying to read something that isn't there. So if it were 20 lines long, it tries to read line 25.
That's probably caused by an internal bug and not a plugin or a glitch in your worlds, just update spigot to a more recent build.

I won't be providing a build because it probably wouldn't be the best you could get, however I don't think you'll get a case with glass on both sides as well as it's pointless, you'll just see a lot of wires on the other side.

Those cables are a mess, or at least they appear to be messy. You have a Corsair Full Tower case, pls use to advantage.
Also you have 2 fans on the bottom of the case and your case is directly on the floor with no airflow to take in, however it's probably taking in a lot of dust from the carpet. I'd recommend putting something in between it and the carpet as well as propping it up a bit so it's not pointless or a dust breather.

Keep: Players who can take jokes, same for staff. Staff that know what they're doing and don't abuse or "joke around/have fun" as they call it. Players that aren't complete idiots.

Leave: Basically the opposite of the above. As well as too many players (Basically every hub server), players who are Xxc0dmasturzzxX or bad trolls (lol i killed u u mad lol ur mad calm down bro lol stop raging).

You install plugins with spigot the same as with bukkit, just drag them into the plugins folder, restart your server and do all the configuration. Spigot is an optimized version of CraftBukkit, the plugins are no different.

By what you said, I'm guessing you're using a plugin installer on Multicraft, just use the FTP and drop them in the folder.
