Help/JavaEdition *How to undo the /i 175:6 glitch

We just had this issue on a server.

Someone had to be logged in and ready to run /CI [playername]
When the player having the issue attempts to log in, other player runs the command.

Took a few tries but it finally worked.

I was going to ban the person on the spot, and he can contact me from my website. It was my Developer that wanted to "play" with him and see how far it goes. A risk I do not appreciate.
Thank you, I will spread to word and help others so they may avoid this.
