Why do you want to be staff? I want to become a staff member on tons of servers to get more experience even though im experinced

What do you have to offer - I Have to offer activity,recording, and being a good staff
If somebody is hacking or swearing how would you deal with them? If somebody was swearing i would warn them 3 times if they keep doing it they will be kicked or ban depends on the owner. If somebody was hacking i would spectate them to see if they have killaura,anitkb or etc if they are hacking i will ban them
