Are You Good At Editing Configs, Fixing Issues, ETC?: I Am good at fixing issues and making ranks, coding permissions, and most of all plugin's!
Do You Require Full On FTP Access?: I Dont know what FTP Means but i assume it's like console i would need need the console for some things like plugins and reloading the server for new permission ect
