Hi my name is Jacob my name was made a long time a go in 17, wondered if you’d be interested in having an interview in the hope we could both discuss an action plan to make a server together I would pay for the set up. If you would interested either add on Skype Jacob14. (With Liverpool badge)

I like to think that I have a side of me that can have a laugh and joke but when it comes to the serious stuff then I am completely serious and address the issue with my the appropriate concept. So overall I would say I am 8/10 as of the reasons I stated above.
Available playing time+:
Anywhere from 7 hours all the way to 11 hours just depends on what day and what time I am available currently I have 6 weeks off so I will be able to be active a lot.
People skills*: (out of 10)
I am great with helping people generally all the servers that I have played on before I got recommendations for staff but you have what I have been looking for which is a twist on a towny server.
Grammar*: (out of 5)
Most probably a 3.5 as I struggle with the way I write things I have problems all the time but I have to extra to reemphasis the way I put things so it makes sense.
Sentence Structure*: (out of 5)
3.5 Can be a struggle but I always take a bit longer to write a sentence but I'm getting better so it shouldn't be a massive problem soon.
Listening Skills*: (out of 10)
9 I am a great at listening to problems and acting upon it as they say the customer is never wrong so I would bring this to the server I would do whatever it takes to help out the person who has a problem. If need be I can privately speak to them and see what the issue is.
How do you personally handle complex situations+:
I break down the situation if I don't know what it is firstly I am honest about it and then I research it and share it with the person who asked to see if this what they were looking for and if not then they could tell me what is wrong and what is right about it.
Past experience+:
I have owned my own Towny server, Co owner of a minigames, then I was head admin, admin, mod, head mod, helper and builder of a Towny server previously.
Do you currently work for any other servers*:
No I want to be dedicated to one server and your server meets all my requirements as of what I am looking for to join.

Reason for wanting to join: Well I want to join to help out and spread the message about the server and meet some new people and make it my new project which I can actually enjoy and make sure that the server is running healthy and correctly. With the recent servers I have joined they seem to not want my experience and understanding on board.
Experience: I have 3 years of experience of both towny and mc which is useful as I can play different servers and adapt to their type of server and help out where needed. I have experience of being all co owner, head admin admin, head mod, mod and helper but I feel co owner is the role for me as I am a dedicated mc player who can help the owner with choices to benefit a server. In most servers I play/played I was recommended by other staff.
Loyalty: 10/10 I will put in 100% of my time and dedication whenever/wherever I can to help the server process to the next level and the way that the server is needed to be run is down to the owner I respect that but with my help I can get my friend who is an incredible builder to help us. (up to you)

Reason: I believe this role as I am good at leading a group of people and I probably will have one of the highest amount of experience with 3 years of towny as that is all I have ever been into and helped out in and showed my skills.

What could you do to help?: I can help to make sure that the servers is free from hackers, I can dedicate a lot of time and I can keep a healthy running of the server when other staff members are not active and take control.
What makes your application different from the rest?: I have put a lot of though into mine (others may) but not as much as I have and I have been doing my research into finding a towny server in need of help and this seemed like the perfect opportunity whereas others will have just applied for the ranks.

Maturity (1 to 10): 10 I feel like I can act in the correct manner wherever needed I feel like I have good chance of making people welcome and helping maps and builds stuff like that.
Past experiences: I have helped develop a couple of maps in some minigames.
Other: I believe you should pick me to be your co owner of the server as I am going to be a very dedicated player and I am willing to help in any way possible not only this but all decisions will be made professionally and will be ran past you so I will not rush into anything and I am currently memorising the commands that I wrote down yesterday eg. the world edit commands of //pos1 and //pos2 then //set air this is just one of the commands that I have been memorising for the server. Also I am going to help other players when ever needed also I am not going to put the work on others if I am not busy I will do it and also if I get busy then I contact other staff to help or I will complete my previous job then move onto it
