I understand what you are asking. First of all, this is a map, not a mod. Here are the steps to input a map into your Minecraft.

1. Close your Minecraft if it is on
2. If you go to your link, there is a button that says Minecraft World Save. Click it.
3. It will go to MediaFire and press download. It will download it, and when it's done open it with a file opener such as Winrar
4. There will be one folder there. You don't need to open it.
5. Open a new folders tab, and in the search box type this in: %appdata% (Type it in exactly how I did it)
6. When you get there, look for a file called ".minecraft" and open it
7. In that folder will be more folders. Look for a folder called "saves" and open it
8. Remember that one folder that you opened with Winrar? Well, drag that into the saves folder.
9. Open Minecraft, go to Singleplayer, and play your map!

Arms crossed is pretty hard to do considering the length of minecraft arms and their width ect but I did my best. Also I hope I got the pose right, as your link didn't actually work for me....
