    the reason why people use factions is because it is easy to use, no economy or plots like towny, players can join a game and join with there friends easily, factions can also be made easily with a base, a town has to have plots for others to live ine.

    all in all towny is aimed at larger communities that will last more than a year, factions is good for small groups of people who hop servers every 2-5 months or so

    Oh, and reading through the posts, i want to say, i can do permissions, and i can operate a control panel, just tell me what type it is (mine panel, SQL Support, etc.)

    - previous expriance: Owned 2 public servers, one tekkit, one minecraft, also admin on a friends.

    - how do u deal with griefer's: Depends on your rules, on my server if someone had proof of who griefed i banned that player.
    - servers you were staff on: Dome craft, My server and a friends
    - how do u deal with problems: Ask the players for information, if not then i spectate them to see what is happening.

    Skill With Structural Building: i am around 7/10 in my opinion on medievil builds, except castles, i can do manor's, mansions and forts (more aswell)
    Skill With Organic Building: I have not really tried
    Skill With Terrain: I have not really tried
    Skill With World-edit: I am actualy ok about 6/10
    Skill With Voxel Sniper: NEVER used in my life

    not a good idea, the only thing that they could use is a drill, were would a prison have room for, lets say a quarry
