    Skype: frankie.barmack

Previous builds: http://cdn2.planetminecraft.com/files/r ... 75_lrg.jpg (not my best, but I think it is pretty good.

Do you have a sense of humor. ya

why I want to do this: I am looking for a minecraft community such as a server, where I can meet other minecrafters, play with them through skype, and make friends.

Hopefully I can join your "hermit-craft-like" server! Thanks!

Talk to friends then, because they are like you and they probably know you better than strangers, and have better advice.

I just don't think people should go on the internet for advice rather than going to a psychologist or asking a family member. THIS IS MY OPINION. I AM NOT FORCING YOU TO AGREE.

I'm not talking about people who try to get attention after they've gone through something bad, I am talking about people who just want attention, and use people who feel bad for others that are sad. I'm sorry that you misunderstood.

No, I didn't misunderstand. You don't KNOW that a post is only trying to get attention. You ASSUME that a post is only trying to get attention. And you know what assuming does.

(It makes an ass out of everyone)

I know FOR A FACT that there are attention whores out there. You can't think that there are only good people on the internet who do good for the world, because it is just not true, and you know it.

Also, when you say I am assuming that people are attention whores, you are assuming that they are not. I guess that makes us both asses.

Just as something general, I NEVER SAID that I had a problem with people who try to get advice. It is just my OPINION that it would be to THEIR benefit to ask someone that they know. I am not trying to FORCE anyone to do anything. I am just SUGGESTING something to people who post "depression posts"

It all depends on the person. It might make them feel bad for the person who made the post. Others (such as me) simply get annoyed because most of the time it is just for attention, and nothing bad really happened to them.

I KNOW I don't have to read everything, but if some one else decides to click on the post, they may become sad.

    Ok, no.

You have no idea what a post's purpose is. And who cares if someone wants attention after they've gone through something sad? That's HUMAN NATURE. Get over yourself.

One could say that this post was purely for getting attention. Oh, you filthy attention whore, you. (Not like it's actually a bad thing, though, unless you're doing something horrible to get the attention, like, say, suicide.)

Now you're trying to speak for other people? (Who should actually take the advice here, as well. You DO NOT have to read ANYTHING.) You can tell by the title what a post will contain. Don't want to get sad? Don't visit the thread. Simple as that.

I'm not talking about people who try to get attention after they've gone through something bad, I am talking about people who just want attention, and use people who feel bad for others that are sad. I'm sorry that you misunderstood.

Well, as I said before, it is just my opinion. I don't come on to PMC to read about how terrible people's lives are, I come on to have fun. If that is what you do, then that is perfectly fine with me.

I agree about the first part. That may be true, but if you don't trust your family members, and people that are close to you, then you shouldn't trust anyone.

It's not that they don't trust them, it's that they don't want to be judged by them, or treated differently.

TheSuggsieBy "bringing people down" I mean that most of these posts have a story about how the person got sad i.e. their gf broke up with them. Most people, when they hear a sad story, they become sad. I didn't mean "bring them down" as if to hurt them verbally, I meant it as if to make them feel bad for the person posting it.

Ahh - Well, like I said before (in the edit I made to my original post) if something like that is really making you upset, just go watch a few silly videos, and you'll forget about it. It's not something that's happening to you, and you don't have to keep reading threads like that, so it should be a one-time thing.

Well, first of all, if your parents are going to judge you, they probably aren't the best parents. If you want help, go to a psychologist. I am not even kidding, I went when my grades were low, and it did wonders for me.

I know all this is sad, but besides bringing people down, is it really something people on a GAMING website want to know?

Is it the best solution though? Is it a solution that is better than your parents, who have known you your whole life, could offer you?

AS I SAID IN THE POST the point of it was not to demand people to stop people making posts like that. OF COURSE anyone can post anything they want in the general discussions area, I just want those people to know that their posts affect other people.

Well, exactly how do they affect others? I am actually quite interested in what you have to say. Also:

creeperCaroleYou don't have to read ANYTHING in this area if you don't want to.

SilverKyttenPeople ask strangers to help them, because strangers don't judge as harshly as people that they know - even people that they love.

I don't see how asking for personal help can bring someone else down - If there are any posts trying to do that, you should report them immediately.

I agree about the first part. That may be true, but if you don't trust your family members, and people that are close to you, then you shouldn't trust anyone.

People usually assume its a crappy game because of the simple graphics. As any minecrafter knows, this is not how you evaluate a game, looking at graphics. You have to actually play the game, and look at the content rather than just judging a book by its cover.

I am being a bit hypocritical when I say that because when I first saw my friends playing minecraft, I thought it looked like a really shit game (excuse my French ) but now I know that it is really awesome.

I know this sounds harsh, but you have to move on. If you keep thinking about the same person that you broke up with for the rest of your life, then you won't realize what it is like to live, because when you are stuck in the past, you forget about the present and you stop really living. I would forget about girls for a little while, because it isn't good to rush into another relationship right after you break up with someone. You'll find someone. Remember that life goes on and your teenage years ( I am guessing you are a teenager) are not going to stay for the rest of your life. You have all of adulthood to find a girl that you love.

BTW I usually post my YouTube channel here, but I figured that this isn't the place to do that. Good luck to you, mister. ( Or madam, you could be lesbian for all I know)
