Why should we accept you? I think that you should accept me because I have years of experience of developing, administrating, and maintaining servers. I know how many plugins work, and can use them to their full advantage. I will put in as much time as I can, but during the week I do have school, and sports. But I will try to put in as much time as I can each day. After school ends (soon) I will be able to put in tons of time on the server helping out and helping you with any problems the server has. Also, I don't want to sway from the fact that I was hoping to become admin, but if I did get this rank, I do have a YouTube channel with a little over 2k subs. I could make a series out of this server and I think that would also get the server traffic.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? I have been playing since the beta days (beta 1,3 specifically, which is around 2011)
Have you ever helped on other servers? if so how long? (If you left, why did you leave?) I have helped on many servers, and owned/created many servers in my years of playing. The highest rank I was on any other persons server was Co-Owner, and that is because I know a lot about plugins, meaning like commands, how to use them to their full advantage and just more efficiently. Since I have owned semi-popular servers, (like average 60 people online all the time) I know a lot about permissionsex and I could always help out with that.

How active would you be on this server (in Hours per week is fine)? At least 1-2 hours a day on week days depending on the day, and a bunch more on weekends, so Ill say 17 hours a week.
Do you promise not to abuse your rank? I promise. My rank will only be used to help people and help the server.
What would stop you from abusing your rank? I don't think I would ever come to the point of having something stop me from doing it. I have never done it and never will. I love Minecraft servers, love watching them grow and become better. I guess one reason would be that I know how much hard work goes into maintaining people on a server and getting everything to work right. I wouldn't want to ruin that.
Do you agree not to keep asking for promotions or permissions? You may show interest in a higher rank, and this will be taken into account when thinking about promotions! I promise. Whatever rank I get seems like a great fit for me, and if it's not what I was thinking, I will let you guys know, but I'll still be happy to help out the server in any way. Thanks for the opportunity guys, can't wait to go on the server!

Why should you be staff: In my Opinion i believe that this server should have all the help it can get considering I have co-owned 2 servers before and am extremely knowledgeable. I have truly experienced what being a staff member is like and it is tough work.I would love to help this community as this server shares a great community as well as Great support. I will support the Community and always treat players with the same care as other players do.I will also ban those nasty players who wants to ruin our greatly server and ruin the fun enjoyable time the players are having. I will always listen to my Staff and do what is right for this server.I will indeed share a great support of heart to those who want to ask me questions.I will always be there for the server.I would love to see the server with another Staff member.This server also has a great motivation towards those who are applying as they might become what they dreamed of and with all the support they have they can achieve it.This server shares a great support for those who are applying because the staff always make it possible and Its not always about being staff its about whether u are qualified for staff or not since the fact many users want to become staff and it is not possible for them to be at all henceforth the fact that most of them dont get promoted up.What i would like to say is Staff means a lot to me because being staff is like being the adult of your family and that whatever you do affects the players as well and as i previously talked about my experience with staff i wanted to take a moment in saying that being staff is not just about banning or tempban etc,but its about you taking action and pride in the server.It will clearly depend on the drastic actions I take on the server for example I will Ban those nasty players from making our server seem unfair and I will also take my responsibilty
How can you improve the server: I am greatly experienced with Permissions Ex, Essentials, and all the other important plugins. I can help configure plugins like doing the permissions. I also am very good at maintaining peace on servers and I always do the right thing and always solve problems in the best way possible.
Experience: 4 Years of MC and 2 years of owning and being staff on servers.
Time zone: Eastern Standard Time.
Time you can spend on server: At least 1.5 hours a day on weekdays and 3-4 or even more on weekends. And when summer starts, I can play as much as you need me.

Previous experience with roles like this in the past: I am currently head mod on a server, have been admin twice, co-owner once, and have owned a popular server myself.
If you noticed a staff member below you out of line, how would you handle him or her: Refer them to the staff rules, and then either demote them or temp-ban /demote them for 5-7 days to regain the ability of being a staff member. If they were doing something extremely out of line, I would ban them or demote them forever.
Why do you want to be a Administrator of CC: I feel that I have lots of experience as a Mod, admin, co-owner and owner, so that makes me able to help all the staff members of the server and all of its players.
What makes you the best fit for this position: I am very good with plugins, commands and more. Also, I always deal with any situation in the best way possible. I am very respectable and even though I am caring and understanding, I know the right punishments when I have to.
How will you improve CC: I will give suggestions to either better the staff, or the players. I will always be there to help out with anything you need.
How many hours/week can you dedicate to the server: On weekdays, at least 2 hours, on weekends, 4-5, and when summer starts (4 weeks) I can be on as long as you need me.
How can you be trusted: I am Head-Mod on a server and I have never broken a rule, even though I was pressured into doing so by other staff members, who have since been banned and or demoted.

Talent: On a maturity level of 1/10 im probably one of the most maturest people on earth since I can handle situations carefully unlike other staff which some they cant.Im on the maturity scale a 9 because i used to be staff on a different server for 5 months with around 40 people on daily.Im really popular as staff and being the server administrator i do have some tips and tricks up my sleeve.I can speak proper english fluently and always can help others in need.I will never abuse ever as admin
Experience: I have been admin on one server for 5 months, am currently a head mod on another server, and used to own a server for 7 months, so I know lots about plugins, being a leader, and dealing with problems.

What is your personality like: I am extremely caring and understanding yet I know the right consequences for different offences.
*If you do not get accepted, would you be willing to become an alternative Staff Member? Definitely. I feel I have experience in all the fields of staff.
If a Staff Member of a lower rank than you is acting out of order, then what action would you take: I would refer him/her to the rules and guidelines that he agreed to when he became staff, and see if he fit the profile. If he didn't, I would either de-rank him or temp-ban him for a while so he can reevaluate himself and follow the rules correctly in the future.

What are you skilled in? - Maintaining peace on servers, all basic plugins, commands, following rules, and dealing with any problems in the best way possible.
Why do you want to help me? Be descriptive for these next questions, maybe a paragraph? - I have owned at least 5 servers in my Minecraft career. And I noticed that the only staff I ever had were my close in real life friends. I always wished that I could have someone to actually trust my server with, but I never found anyone. That's why I am here. I want to give to the people what I never got as an Owner in the past.
Server Experience? - I am experienced with maintaining the server, keeping an eye out for suspicious activity, dealing with hackers/rule breakers, plugins/commands, and more.

For griefing, I would jail or temp-ban them for 2 days. For hacking, I would ban them.

Definitely.

Yes.

I am a respectful and knowledgeable Minecraft player and staff member that can help players, and other staff members, with basically anything. I am good with plugins and commands, I'm an OK builder, and I never abuse my powers. I can handle any sort of situation, and that's why I consider myself a good staff member.

Of course. I am willing to help anybody.

I have owned many servers that I built from scratch, so yes.

I feel that I have experience in moderating because I have owned my own server before with no moderators, and I had to do it myself.
