Why you want to be staff: I want to help your server control all the users so that it isnt pure chaos.
Past experiences: Current admin for Evolve Gaming.
Maturity: I take my job seriously as an admin.

What will you do to help the server: Keep the users under control and handle any issue without having to apply force. (Hopefully.)
Any other info: I sound 14 or 15 and I have been with Evolve Gaming for almost a year, and I have been with it since it was developed. I am a manager of one of the Garry's Mod servers and going to be the manager for the Minecraft servers.

Why should you be chosen?: I am an admin of Evolve Gaming which has many servers that will become active soon, and I am going to be the manager of one of the Garry's Mod servers. I will also manage all Minecraft servers that Evolve Gaming will have up soon, but I will be active on the server daily, or try to be.

What are the duties of a staff member?: The duties of a staff member are: 1. Be kind to everyone, even if they are a member that you absolutely despise. 2. Never abuse your powers (I've seen a few moderators of PMC abuse their power). 3. Keep the server under control. 4. Never talk behind people's backs. 5. Do not disrespect the admins, mods, or members. 6. Do not say things like "If you don't give me that diamond, I'll permanently ban you!" 7. Do not curse.

Help/JavaEdition Shaders Problem

Im having a similar problem, but mine is the lag. I use an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 and I use Sildur's Shaders, which are supposedly for PC/Mac/Intel, but I only get 2-4 frames with his Shaders. Can someone help me?

How long can you be on?: Any time.

Building style: Freestyling (I have made two or three buildings using MrCrayfish's Construction Mod, I will upload them to PMC soon.

How can you help the company?: I can help it grow and become better while keeping the server(s) under control.

Other comments: Been with Evolve Gaming ever since it was founded, go on Steam and search my name, Gunneron #Furry4Life and look in my groups. You will eventually find Evolve. I am going to be one of the managers for one of the many Gmod servers we will have up soon, but I am not sure which one though. I have not abused my power in Evolve a tiny bit. I believe that this is enough proof that I am worthy to be a builder on the server or whatever it is you want. Also, I don't have the full version and Im broke. So it would be nice if you could get me a Gift Code for Minecraft, and in return, I will give you my TF2 inventory. But yeah. I'm qualified to be staff or something on the server. Or atleast I think so.

Pfft, who needs that. Budder pickaxe. Mines extremely quick, faster than a Diamond pick, the Budder Pick is also shiny, and YELLOW LIKE GOLD, and with a high level of Unbreaking enchantment, several uses. So I think I win. Budder wins.

You might want to be careful before throwing mods all over the place, y'know...Try using a mod launcher like MagicLauncher to see which mods are incompatible?
