I can help you but I do not meet any of the requirements. I am sorry but there is a way to do it for free and it barely has any lag.

Try these things:
Re-download Minecraft from the website
Go back to 1.3.1 (Download the 1.3 jar file and replace it with the .minecraft in your %appdata% > roaming > .minecraft > bin)

The 'Cannot Resolve Hostname', that's the server creator's fault. When a server owner doesn't port forward that message comes up.

Really simple. I don't do Tekkit so I won't be able to get on though.
If you have essentials, type /mangaddp <group> <node>

The <group> means are you adding a permission to default, admin, etc.

The <node> is how you identify commands, if you go to the page which you downloaded the plugin, it should show where the nodes are somewhere

Hi, I can help you.
Do you have essentials? If you don't get it. Then type in this command:
/mangaddp <Groupname> <Permissionnode>
A group name is like 'member' or 'admin'. A permission node is... It's hard to explain. It's kind of like what a command is made of. There are a ton of Youtube videos on it.
The only plugin you need is Essentials.
