Wel i use the Avg anti virus software yes you do download it from the internet *makes awkward may have viruses face* but it works it has removed many of my viruses and is still protecting today and if you want to see if it has viruses it will let you scan its files to prove thats it doesnt if you want a link i will pm it to you but thats what i have to say about it. (yes my first thought was that it had viruses to but an IT person recommended it to me)
