I played runescape too much..... I was a level 124.... everyday i played it so much that i started failing school and my grades went way down..... i decided to change my life so i stopped and i goon about every 3-4 months now..... its sad but school does consume you......

3DHow we came across with the theme and why I decided to make this contest.
My friend Monkeyy suggested that I could host a 4-BIT skinning contest because it's quite original and people can't fail that bad.

Contest themes and stuff.
You must make a skin that is 4-BIT meaning each pixel must be 2x2 pixels. While there are game characters that are 4-BIT like Mario, try stay away from those as they are too mainstream and will decrease your chances of winning etc.

Judges.

- Monkeyy
- Eliya
- MissMarifire

Prizes.
If you're in the top three you can request any skin and a judge will choose which request to do.

You cannot request teen skins, re-shading, recoloring etc.

How to enter the contest.
Post a reply to this forum thread with a link to your post and we will add you to the entries list if your skin meets the requirements.

Requirements.
Your skin must follow the contest theme which is 4-BIT. Also, it must be completely by you(PMC basic submission rules).

Here is an example of a 4-BIT skin which isn't using the 4-BIT palette.

You have till the 12th of September to submit your entries and then me and the judges will work out the leader board in the following week or so.
