About Yourself: I've played mine craft for about 2years and i have been a owner a few times on multiple servers. I have pretty much a whole year of staff & media experience (was media rank on multicube) and been staff on a few servers from Minigames servers to OP prison servers.
What do you plan to accomplish working for this server?
Just gain experience for future needs
What can you provide to the team?
I think i will be a good staff member because I have had a lot of staff experience and have been staff on about 3 servers. I would also make a good staff member because I am a very patient and calm person. I think i should also be a staff member because I can bring my staff experience I have had on other servers before to this server and make sure people are doing what they are meant to be doing by following the rules. I also think the fact I can be on the server everyday will make me a good staff member because I can show I am active and can help as many people that need my help and staff members help. I think that I would make a good staff member because I am always on the server and if I get staff people will feel safe and ok to approach me when they need help as I will always try my best to help people as much as I can. I should also be Moderator because of my staff experience, I have been an Owner of my own server before which was Semi-Successful so I have the experience of the Admin side of servers and also the Moderating side. I have been complemented on my server moderation work before by many people as I always try my hardest and my best to achieve the goal Moderators have and that is to maintain server rules and make sure everyone is having a fun time. I also think i would make a good staff member because i am devoted to what i am doing. This meaning if i put my mind to it, it will be done. Aswell as this i would make a good Staff member because i love to help out everybody that needs to be helped. I Also Think i would make a good staff member because i do not just mute/ban straight away, Unless it's Serious, I will however instantly go searching for evidence to back up why they Should been banned/muted. I will also respond to any question and try to help out as best i can. Another reasn I think i would make a good staff member is i do not forget about previous Incidents so if it is a recurring thing action will be heavily taken.
Why do you want to join our team?
Now Moving on to Why am i applying, Well I am applying to just help out the community in general. I am a very nice person, if i do say so myself, So i'd love to apply my kindness and helpfulness to the Amazing community that MineCube could have. Also i am applying to help out the staff team in ways they need, like with the development and other things.
What's your expertise in helping?
I love to just amke sure everyone can have a fun time whilst behaving themselves, i will not just go round abusing powers because it gives me joy, because it doesnt. I will also build on the server if need be. I'm not the best builder in the world but i can definatley wip something up in a matter of time.
What are your experience of staff?
I have been staff on many servers, ranging from Survival to Minigames to OP prison. I just love having the knowledge of how to deal with things maturely and using that when i need too. i won't go to much into detail here as it gets slightly boring, but i will say i know how to run a server.
Have you ever been banned before? If so why?
Never on any servers but once, But it was a whole misunderstanding and i hope this doesnt effect my appication. So I was on a server advertising my Token Shop, As most people do, Then I decided to go off it and Go Develop Another Prison Server. Then I thought i could make the server grow by going on to a minecraft chat room And Pasting In the IP To people i meet, But it was the wrong IP Anyway. So then i got bored decided to go back on to the server When i did i thought 'Right Lets Go Get My Saved Advertising Piece Of Text' But Unfortunetly When i Click CTRL + C It mustn't Have copied. So when i went to paste it on the server It Pasted the IP And I didnt know and I Clicked ENTER Straight Away. Then somebody ScreenShoted it and i got banned.
What would you tell somebody who has asked you to unban their friend?
Tell them 'Unfortunately i'm not allowed to unban somebody just for the sake of it. If you wish i can look into the ban then talk to the owner about getting unbanned, or the quicker way just make a ban appeal on the forums'
How would you answer a player who has asked you to check out a grief? Temporarily ban them after seeing there grief and then report them straight to the owner.
How would you handle a player that is being disrespectful to another player?
Polietly ask them to stop and if continue temp ban and file a report.
What would you do if you see a Staff member abusing his powers? Again, temp ban and file a report to the owner.
CAN I ADD:
If i was in a situation I was not suited to handle I would get into the staff chat on skype and make sure a Higher staff member that was suited to handle the situation comes on the server and deals with them. If it was people arguing in chat I would try and calm them down whilst getting staff members on the server so hopefully by the time a higher staff member comes on the server they would have calmed down a bit. If there were no staff members available I would screenshot/Record what they were doing and then post it on the forums or skype message it to a higher member of staff.
