In all honesty around 7 - 8, I can be deadly serious a lot of the time however I like to have fun because I've been playing this game for like 7 years now and it gets kinda boring following all the rules etc, and i love playing jokes or pranks on people.
Experience:
I have been staff on two other minecraft servers like 4 - 5 years ago, I know most all of the commands (excluding the command block stuff, that is crazy) and i have been admins / mods on other games that are similar such as Unturned
What you can do to help:
Listen i'm not really your all in 1 staff, my main qualities are that i like to build relationships with players, I find a great deal of pleasure enforcing rules and I don't mind doing tedious tasks like clearing mountains for buildings etc. But if you want a perfect staff member i'm probably not your guy

Maturaty level out of 10 be honest: Although i am 13 most people i play with consider me as rather very mature for my age, i do not normally rate myself so I let other people rate/judge me. So id prefer if you'd take a few minutes to talk to me. Thanks
Experience: I have been playing minecraft for 3 years now, I have gotten into many small servers and made friends, sometimes i even get positions ranging from Owner to Builder.
What you can do to help: People say i am a great builder, but i think im decent. My build style specializes in rustic, I also have lots of knowledge in redstone
Picks of your builds: Although i have been building for quite a while now i do not seem to find any of my old builds, i havent been able to make new ones lately because of school. But i can suggest you to test me, give me an idea or a theme and ill build somthing.

Maturity level out of 10 be honest: 10. Maturity isn't a problem for me. Yes i can joke around and have fun but when a job needs to be done i set my priorities.
Experience: I have worked on countless servers ranging from staff positions as builder to owner. I enjoy working with players to help create greatness. I know practically every command and know how to deal with unruly players. I am a helpful fun person and know how to get the job done correctly.
What you can do to help: With all the experience i have gathered throughout my years on Minecraft i think i can bring alot to the table. My abilities can range from fixing server errors to helping out on a build. My most noteworthy quality on Minecraft is probably permissions. I have worked on several servers as a permissions expert and i know how to use most permission plugins. (yes i do have favorites )
Any other comments:You mentioned developer? I was wondering what type you need. And also on that topic. Is there a server host you have where people with the login can go and change settings/plugins from there? Or is it all just in game work?

Will you take this position seriously? (100 word minimum) Yes, i will take this postion serious because i am a mature person when i talk or work. I know my right and wrongs and respect peoples decisions and i do not try to ever offend anyone. I work my hardest all day and night when i can. I am loyal to my staff members. I make sure that no staff, user, or anyone is having serious issues with anyone or anything. I will work my hardest to fix any problems that come my way. I am on skype and teamspeak all day on my computer when able to be. If i get a call from someone i answer it unless im in a serious call. I try not to mess up on anything and if i ever do i appoligise and try my best to fix it. I do not back talk or be a jerk. I am a mature guy.

Previous experience? I owned a server called DiamondPVP for 1 - 2 years and it shut down due to rouge staff. And i managed my friends server for 8 months called CrewzivePVP.
Why do you want this position? (100 word minimum) I am a mature teen that enjoys minecraft very much. When i owned the old server i added tons of things. I have people on my skype that are willing to help me make this server become in the top 10's if accepted. I know all the commands and plugins needed for the server i am thinking of. It will be a multi-world server with factions, survival, mainpvp, skywars, minigames, ect. I am willing to do any other interview if needed to be accepted. I am learning how to code plugins as well from a good friend of mine. He also is going to help make customs for us.
I do not abuse my powers and i love users and i treat them like everyone else on the server. I make them feel welcome and loved. I make fair prices for donations, ( they will go to you) and I will make it a fun server and i will make sure any staff i hire is mature and worthy of the postion. I swear to be as active as i can. On weekends im on all day and night. On school days, i get some around 3 PM CDT and go to sleep at around 12 AM CDT. What are your computer and or Minecraft skills? I code LUA and learning JAVA. English and learning Spanish. I can develop also i know how to add the permissions ans such. I am a decent builder.
How will you earn this position? I will work my hardest to show you i mean what i say. I will be on all day and night on weekends and as much as i can during the school days. I will be the most active person as i can be.
What can you bring to the table, how will you make our network/ server better? I can bring in mature players and help a lot on plugins, managing, making sure everything is in a calm and civil manor.
