Reason you should be (Rank): Well, I've done basically everything and I quite literally just left a prison server because the other got in a fight with the host and the host took it away. I was a Dev and I've worked with mSilver before.

How many other servers you have been this (Rank): I've been dev on 3, Head admin on 5, Admin on 2, Mod on 1, T-mod on 1, and I've ran 3 servers and grossed over $4000 (which paid for the servers and when the server didn't work out, I refunded whatever wasn't used.)

Any other things you want to add: I work well with others and i've only been fired once and that was because the server I was working on switched owners and the new owner knew me IRL and hates me with a passion

How much can you been on: every day for up to 8 hours
Why should we choose you: I have been an admin (and dev) on multiple servers and I am really interested in prison servers in particular (I know how people cheat on them so I think that's a plus for me )
How much experience do you have: I have been admin or above on over 7 servers. Those servers have since shut down or I had to step down because of personal issues.
On a scale 1 to 10, what is your maturity: about an 8, I am pretty mature but I can also understand I can be kind of immature in conversations with other players (not being professional, not focusing on spelling everything correct, etc)
Do/Will you abuse powers given to you: No, I have never abused powers and I do not plan to
How do you handle problems: Depending on the problem, I would speak with the player who has the problem and try to find a solution. if two players were involved, I would speak to both and make my decision
What makes you think you are a good Admin: I'm friendly and I know an extremely large amount of things about minecraft servers and configuring plugins

Age: 17 almost 18

Exp: I have owned three servers that lasted at the longest a year and have earned over $300 in donations (minus server costs)

Servers Moderated on: Zampocraft (Co-owner/Lead Dev) Trolololcraft (Owner) JourneyCraft (part time admin/mod)

Activity On server (1-10):7 or 8. I normally play 4+ hours on weekdays. Upwards of that on weekends.

Are you abusive?: Not intentionally, I have had a player accuse me of being abusive but that was because said players was causing issues with other players and I may of used excessive ban times. (It was his 4th offense so he got a week ban)

Are you mature?: I do believe I am.

Why should i pick you?: I have managed multiple servers and I know how to handle players that are being disrespectful and disrupting the general welfare of the server. I have also used a hacked client in the past so I know how to pick up on players that are using them. Also, when I moderate, people don't normally know I'm there until it's too late. I tend to sneak around in vanish when I get a report that something is not going correctly and I access the situation to the best of my ability. Off topic but, I've also had to hand write a permissions file when another staff member of Zampocraft tried to reformat it and put tabs instead of spaces.
