I would love to create a server with all custom and new ideas. I would hire developers, to create new and complex ideas for the best user experience and make everyone have the sense to feel fresh again. (Like when they first started to play Minecraft) My idea would be an advanced version of Team death match/capture the wool. Both combined with an extraordinary map to play on, and no over powered kits for those who donate.
Of course, this won't be some plain old Factions, or OP Kit PvP. There are too many of those! I would galvanize my staff members, and tackle the challenges we must face to offer the most fun we can give to all players.
Lastly, I would like you to know that I am NOT those grumpy abusing staff owners who claim that they can take responsibility and actually run the server properly. I will have dedicated members hand picked who are capable to tackle on this challenge. All staff members, from moderators to web developers, and system administrators will get payed monthly if we have a monthly income from donations.
