guys, it got fixed!I copied and pasted my email and I logged in with 1.12.2 but I couldn't go to a server or realms so I came with 1.12 and I got fixed!tnx to all.

When did you first play Minecraft, how often do you play? I started MC 3 years ago
Have you ever been banned or temp banned on another server? I have been banned on a server for 3 days.What previous experience do you have?I own a server and I'm good at basic and useful plugins like essentials and Worldedit.
How many hours can you contribute per day?maybe 1 hour but on thirsdays and fridays over 4 hours.
