Theres no way that she is super mature. Guys at 11 have the maturity of a 6-8 year old. Girls at 11have the maturity of a 9-10 year old( which isnt mature)

Moderator:
General Information:

1. What is you in-game username? tjmonce

2. How often will you be on the server? at least 2-4 hours

3. What time-zone are you in? eastern

4. Why will you join RenderCraft? to play and moderate if im accepted( i will join even if i dont get accepted


Main Questions:

Why would your Moderating help the server? Keeping it a grief-free,a peaceful community

What makes up stand out from all the other applicants? I will do work i get asked and i will listen to people and try to help at things im not good at

Why do you think you might not be picked? maybe age or im missing somthing

How well do you know the rules? Pretty good

Do you think patience is a vital trait in a moderator? yes because if you dont have any you wont listen or help people in need

The server may get fast-paced and you may be overwhelmed with the users, how would you handle this? I will tell everybody to ask one at a time and help as much as i can with it


Hypothetical Questions:

A person just joins the server and is advertising a different server. What do you do? Ban

You see a moderator starting to get frustrated, you worry he/she may let their anger out on the server. What do you do? Try to calm down the staff member and maybe(if i have access to) temp.ban them for about 30 minutes to an hour to have them cool down. If not i will tell and head-mod or an admin to try to deal with the situation

You are the only moderator online and do not know a answer to a problem. What do you do? I will try to help as much i can and ask some more experienced people in the subject online or phonecalls etc.

A user is trolling the server. What do you do? ask them to stop and if they don't jail them

Two users are in an arguement and accusing each other of scamming. What do you do? i would tell them to stop and listen to both sides of the story and ask anyone who was a witness about the situation and make a decision about what seems right
