The *glow* is not a texture it gets set in the code so without editing that you cant change it or add it to other mobs without making a mod

The group manager can be very hard to work with (i think atleast) if you have spaces behind a word on one line it will crash it and if the name,permissions.... Of a group is not on the right line/colum it wont work

- a programable computer like computercraft but using java instead of lua that would be a very good way of adding more advanced redstone and other things

You can have almost any number of mods installed at the same time if you know how to change block/item ids i have 77 mods without a problem

Any mods using srgnames will not need to be updated only forge

You can use @a for all players @p for the closest player and @r for a random player. And you can add radius gamemode and stuff like that like this @a[r=20,m=0]. That will select all players in survival in a 20 blocks radius

What you can use after @a/@p or @r are:
R = radius
M= gamemode
Team = scoreboard teams
Mr = maximum radius or minimum radius (not sure which)
And some others i dont remeber
