this wall post is dedicated to the recent events and trend of leaving.

I am not leaving the PMC community, I love it here,
      moderators actually CARE about people.
please do not listen to anyone who spreads hate and misinformation

Cyprezz and Paril, and whoever else involved in development or moderation
      they are great people

whose goal is to improve this platform for everyone's joy.
they can't control every single person who joined PMC
especially their actions outside the site.

you people can gain hate literally anywhere
on tiktok, insta, youtube, or even on the street
even if you never did anything wrong
you can't avoid it, I've been hated a bunch of times too, sadly.
I've experienced hate my whole life, still am.
but Planet Minecraft is where I found love.

yes hate is awful, yes this is not what you deserve
especially if you are a good person

but hey, this place and community never left me in my hardest times
all these people are supportive and understanding,
      I've met amazing friends here.
if you spread love - you will mostly get love in return

but the hate - you can just block it off
and leave it for haters to carry it on their own.

I have a history here of blocking a couple of individuals to keep myself safe,
I don't block anyone who has another point of view than me or else.
that's too much of filtering and judging others, I don't wanna do.

yet I manage to keep the environment around me nice and clear by simply caring about people here.
Have mercy and patience - life isn't only about good stuff.

If you decide to leave the platform - this is totally your choice and I respect it.
We need breaks, we might get overwhelmed or burnout,

or just simply change our goals in life.
leave with grace and dignity, respecting everything this community gave to you.
don't just storm out with false accusations, pouring dirt all over people who's staying here and loving the platform.

to whoever is leaving - I wish you only the best in life
and hope you find whatever you're looking for outside this place
and I actually hope you get to enjoy it! 💛

Hey, little bit of writing advice:
Don't beat yourself up if you think you didn't write something well.
Whether it's because others found issue with it or you just aren't satisfied with how you did it, don't blame yourself for it. It's ok to write crap. Most of what I write is crap. I would've quit ages ago if I hadn't realized something about writing: you can write something better later. Every draft and word you write is you stretching that writing-muscle, and it isn't always going to turn out as Shakespeare; in fact, it's rarely ever going to be Shakespeare, so good thing you're not Shakespeare! You might be the next Tolkien or Rowling or Sanderson, but you won't be them at first. They probably had stacks upon stacks of drafts and works that they hated and were unsatisfied with. I doubt any of them were good first try. Or second. Or third. And over and over again, trial and error, until eventually they got something they were barely happy enough with that they'd be willing to share it with their friends or loved ones for feedback. The first draft exists for a reason: to make it better! And making it better is going to take time and even more error than the first.
Writing's a process, and it stings. A lot. You kill your darlings and your enemies over and over, and it stings. And even if what you end up with is utter garbage, be glad that you just did the work of gods: create. You made something, you put work and sweat and endless stress into making something, and your darling may be a total mess. But that work is your darling, and no one can take that from you.

Rest easy, knowing that, even if you didn't make a masterpiece, you made something that you loved and put effort into.
