YES yes he has. Why are Emeralds so rare??? 25% RARER THEN DIAMONDS!!!! WTF?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!!!???!!!?!?!! And all there for is trading? Useless. Pathetic. At least make it where they can be used for tools or armor or something. Seriously.
