How well do you work in a group: I'm extremely well working in groups, i've gotten tons of leadership experience as well as working in a group with others with similar an different skill sets then mine.
Maturity: on a scale from 1 - 10 i'll have a 8.5, I like to joke around sometimes, I'd hate to ,be serious 100% of the time but I can be funny I want to an serious when I want to as well.
Building Experience:I'm a retired Voxel Box builder, But i left because I had to give give up my Video game life to move with my girl friend back over to Sweden from America.

Server Experience: I was a pre-moderator on a VoxelBox server so I know what a server is all about, I was attracted to this forum post because of the "RPG" tag on it, I'm EXTREMELY into RPG's, I've wasted my a lot of time in my life playing World of Warcraft, The whole elder Scrolls Saga, an DND so I know the basic concepts of a RPG as well as some of the advanced elements of a RPG.
Leading experience: I've got a lot of leading experience, I'm a Manager at my work, I've, been an owner of two servers, I've been admin on 5, an moderator on 3 so I've got very good leadership experience.
Are you a fair leader: I ,considered myself a fair leader, i've got people who'll tell you ,about me if it need be.
Can you lead a group well: I believe I can lead a group well because i've been a build leader on some of the VoxelBox builds, most of the builds i've done were generally placed in the top 20 of voxelbox builds with the rest of my old building team. (I can show you pictures of some of my builds if you'd like later on.)
Why should we choose you: You should choose me because I've the guy who'll help you make your server looks pretty, I'm a well rounded terraformer, a expert on Medieval buildings, an a all around good builder as well as a leader.
