Age: 16 years old.
Experience: I've got a long and vast amount of experience when it comes to being a admin on minecraft servers. I have been a admin on 7/10 servers I've been staff on and all of which had a dedicated and happy population of 50-60 players that were on everyday. The 10 servers that I've been staff on have had me in there service for a good year or two before they've shut down, I'd like to include this to emphasize the point that I don't want you to think I'm someone who applies to a server then leaves it for another; No, this isn't the type of behavior I'd like to present to people. Throughout my time of being an Admin and head admin of these servers, I've made up some theories that I've proven to be true that I've seen over time. One of these theories include the Theory of Population, to explain this theory, I had looked at servers with bad and abusive staff, these servers had a population of a good 6 -12 players on that were always complaining and were unhappy. I'd then look at servers with "Ok" staff, these server had 12 -16 players and then finally I looked at servers with good staff members, these servers had 16 - 25 players on at a time. I then thought to myself, what if a server had REALLY good staff members, this is when I applied to a server, became an admin, and helped my other good friends who I know would be ranked an A+ if staff members had a grade, get staff. We would then stick with that server to make it the very best we can, and at the end of it we managed to get a 50 - 75 players on a day who were happy, dedicated and loved the atmosphere they were playing in. This is something I'd like to bring to your server, You can also choose not to accept my other friends, but that decision is entirely up to you. I want to be apart of this server, I want to make it be the very best it can, and I want to watch it grow up into a super successful server. Population of a server is the lifeblood of a server; when there is a good population and atmosphere for the players, then people begin to become connected to that server and when they have that connection, they care about it's well being meaning they'd want to donate in order to secure and expand the life of the server, so the server they love can continue to thrive and they continue to pay for it. If the population is good enough, then you won't even have to pay for hosting!
Why do you want this position? I'd like this position because I've got room for another server in my life because the server I was currently working on has been shut down and I'd like to join the community of a new server in order to watch it grow up and be the very best it can and rise above all others, I also just look forward to the happiness of the players, I want to create an environment that -EVERYONE- will love, I want to make the players happy and not just me so that the server can live on for as long as you want it to.
What makes you better than others? I'm better then others because I've my writing skills (as you may be able to see from this app), My people skills, my dedication, building skills, common knowledge of minecraft, maturity and my get it done attitude. I've commonly been called on other servers as the "Multi-tool" and the "to-go guy" of my previous mineraft server because when someone presents me with a task, I get it done. My dedication is another big part of what separates me from everyone else, When I'm accepted to your minecraft server, I make it an obligation to myself to go on that server, and get work done so that players enjoy it. Another thing that separates me from a selected few people is my presence as a Voxel-Box builder and a -extremely- hard worker. Additional Info: I'm Swedish! I live in Sweden but I'm bilingual as I can speak both fluent English (100%) and Swedish (100%).
