Why do you want to join Silence: well, i was in a build team called Team Kryptonic, (teamkryptonic.ga is the website :3) but the team "died" yesterday and i kinda liked the thing we had, and now im looking for a New team to join :3 also i really enjoy just being in a Team/Group and meet New People

2. Have you been part of a group/team or faction before? ye, i was in TK for about 4-5 months before it ended

3. In what country or timezone do you live? i live in Norway

Past Experience*: ive been staff on many servers before have experience being mod, admin, co-owner, helper and Builder! but theese servers closed so now im looking for New work! btw there is a chance that i ant join ur server.. its my internet.. some servers doesent work :/

If a player was rude to another, what should you do*? i would temp mute the player for 5 min if he continues, i would ban him for 5 min! then he should stop!

Any other info: as i said, there is a chance tha i cant join the server anywhays thats it! thank u for taking ur time to read this! Peace out!

Past staff experience: yea! ive been staff on many servers! but they closed so i have loads of experience being mod! ive also been admin and Builder!

How would you handle chat problems(Spammers,fights,etc)? i would mute the chat (if u have that plugin) and tell every1 to calm Down! if they continue i would mute or kick the players Whos spamming the most!
How would you handle hackers/griefers/etc: Hackers: ban! griefers: temp ban racism: temp ban 2 days+
Tell us why you want to be staff: i want to be staff cuz i love helping People and making they'r minecraft experience better! i'd love to be staff on ur server!
Why we should pick you?: u should pick me cuz im mature, funny, fair, kind and im good at spotting hackers! and almost every server ive been staff on, loved me!
