Champ344So I start a server up and everything's going good. The only problem is when people join the can't talk in chat or do any commands. I know I may have to op the, but then they can cheat or fly around. Is there a way to get them to be able to talk, and do commands like /spawn and /top without oping them.Please help. Btw the server is run by mcprohosting. If you help me I'll op you

Why you want to be Coder/Builder on this server:Coder / i know a lot of plugins cause i had a server so i can config them all (i know everything about group manager)
And i know a lot of interesting plugin
Why should we pick you:Cause i can config everything and i m a good builder not amazing okay ...
Past Experience (If any): I had a server i was the HEAD owner but i close it ...
Extra Information: Okay hum ... i think a server needs a lot of things to work really ....
Its really deficult to found good staff and if you take me as a Coder i know a amazing builder who was my Co_Owner before so he can be a builder in the server .....
