Have you ever been banned, temp. banned, or muted on a server? If so include details: been banned on a few servers in the past for advertising, hypixel and mineplex

What do you think moderators should have command wise?: /Fly /ban /mute /tempban /warn /kick

How would you deal with:

A Griefer- record the 'griefing' ban him for the punishable time and make sure I show evidence to a higher staff member


A Hacker- record the 'hacks' be sure there is sufficient proof there is hacks, and ban for the allocated time, if I am unsure the person is hacking, tympana/kick them and ask a higher staff member for help and show them the recording and maybe even ask them to watch the player


A new player- Welcome them to the server, direct them to the right place if they are confused on what to do, and make their welcome as nice as possible so that they feel welcomed and like the server so they join back


A player asking for promotions- ensure them whether staff applications is open or closed, if they are open give them a link to apply, if they are closed tell them they are currently closed and tell them when they may be open in the future

Anything else we should know? I am 18, and go to college, so at the moment I have plenty of time to help the server out, I feel I can bring a nice friendly atmosphere to the server, to ensure a server keep a decent player base, you must have a nice welcoming and friendly staff team and already existing player base, I would try my best to help this server grow to its full potential and help anyone as much as I can

What position are you aiming for? Preferably Moderator, but wont complain if I'm offered Helper.

Why should we accept you? I know that the key part of a server is the player base, and to maintain a player base you need a friendly environment on the server, and that means having friendly players and staff, I would be that friendly staff be also be there to lay down the law when there is any rule breakers around

Previous experience? Currently Admin, & have previously been Head-Admin, Admin & Co-Owner on servers that have now shutdown

Any additional info? I am 18, and can provide around 4+ hours to the server a day so I will be active!

1. Why are you interested in joining this team? I enjoy playing on small servers, or being staff and seeing them grow as a server and seeing the play base rise!
2. Why should we accept you? I am currently Head-Admin & Admin on 2 servers, so I know what I'm doing

I am 18, so I am probably one of the older people to apply for staff, I am very mature, but like any other person I like to have fun and joke around but when the situation fits, I am very mature, I also have past experience so I know what I'm doing, also had a good record for catching and banning hackers, as I know how quite a few clients work

Maturity Level: (1-10) Depending on the situation, just like anyone else I like to have fun, have a joke and a laugh around, but when the situation fits or needs it, I am as mature as expected!

How would you deal with an abusive staff member? Record the said abuse, and temp ban or demote the staff member until I have gone over the recording with a higher staff member or owner and then deal with them accordingly!
What can you bring to the server: I feel I can bring a few new aspects to the server! I would say that I am a friendly and helpful staff member to everyone. the key part of keeping a player base is to make a player feel welcomed onto the server so that they return because they enjoy the player, staff and atmosphere!
Why should we choose you? like i said before, i am quite a positive person, and would try to work on building a player base to the best of my ability! to bring new players on and to keep the server active! i would also think that i am quite good and dealing with hackers, i know the majority of hacks and how most the main ones work through previous experiences of dealing with them and feel i could clean the server up quite nicely
How would you deal with Trollers, Hackers, and Griefers? Similar to the staff abusing, i would record them, ensure i have sufficient evidence to prove 100% they are hacking, and either ban them myself or temp ban them until a higher staff member or owner has agreed that they were hacking and then i or someone else can deal with them accordingly!
Any other information? I filled out a Admin application form, but if Admins aren't needed, i wouldn't argue about getting a smaller staff role, if any. thank you for your time and consideration!

Why do you think you should be staff on Project 14? What sets you apart from other applicants?: I am mature and play minecraft a fair bit throughout each day, I am an experienced player and now staff member
Do you have skype or curse? I do, wont be giving them out publicly until I am asked on the server though
How will you help the server? I would consider myself as a good hacker catcher, I know the majority of hacks from catching them on previous servers. I also would like to think I am a nice, helpful staff member, and know that for a player to return to a server they need to feel welcomed to enjoy the server.
