Probably snow biome. I dnt actually play Minecraft but I do watch Minecraft YouTubers so I know a lot about Minecraft from watching. Either way, here are some benefits of the snow biome: nobody can spawn wither by you, infinite block source (snow layers), overall pretty cool, good for setting up traps to defend your base, and more.
