How many hours can you commit per week?: 25-30 hours a week, If not more, I usually play about 4-5 hours a day, and I can play more if it's needed, I am very active, and always productive when I am on.
List your experience(s) being a Moderator: Do not lie, just be honest. I have been moderator several times, I have been moderator more than 5 times, and I know the in's and out's of the mod rank. I know what I'm supposed to do, and I know how to do it very well, I haven't ever been fired from a staff position, I have always resigned when the server shut down, or something stupid happened, like a change of owner to an abusive owner or something like that. If you need names of servers I have been moderator on, I can provide that in the interview (If I am accepted into that part of the acceptance process at least)
Why should we choose you?: You should choose me because I am highly experienced, I know what my job requires, and I have everything needed, I have Fraps (Premium) to record, I am not bias, I hear both sides of a story before I deal any punishments or do anything. I also make sure that hackers are caught at a very high success rate, Almost no one gets by me, I know all the hacks out there, and I know what it looks like when someone is using them. I can also donate to the server, If it is absolutely needed for it to stay up, I can't always donate, but sometimes I can. I have basic if not intermediate knowledge of Java coding, and plugins. I know all of the factions plugins, as well as how they work, I can answer almost any question one would have about commands/factions, since I have been playing factions for 4+ years. My advice is always up to date, and one of the best out there, and I believe in honesty, Honesty is very important in a Owner-Staff relationship, or Staff-Staff, Or even Player-Staff relationship. I also try my hardest to do the right thing in all situations, I make sure that my choices are not abusive, and well judged, and if I can't handle a situation (Rarely) I get a higher up staff member to assist me, or take it over themselves, Either or works for me. I am also very good at following instructions, I always follow the instructions to a tee. I am also a very friendly person, who just generally loves helping people, If I can help, I do. If I can't, Someone else will have to, and I will help them find out who that person is. I am a very trust worthy person, and I am very responsible for my age, I am also very mature and serious when it comes to my job. There are two sides to my personality when I am staff: 1. Serious and very careful to make sure that the correct decision is made. 2. Fun, and helpful.
