Experience? I have been admins on two servers and own my own server
Can you handle the server's new players screaming *WHERES THE SHOP!*?: I would show them the shop respectfully
Will you be dedicated to the server? Totally, I am dedicated to all servers i join.

P.S. I can be on the server 3 hours a day.
