Position you are applying for: Head Administrator

Why do you want this position?(Write at least 1 paragraph or automatic denial):
I would like this position to help your community grow. I have brilliant ideas to help keep players on servers and that will provide entertainment for all. One of those would be Hardcore Factions. The idea for this project would be to allow players to battle for their server position. If the player died then they would be banned for let's say 1 day. I think my ideas could really drive players to go to your server. I do not abuse powers given to me because I am have enough intelligence not to do so.

Experiences with position: I know almost all commands for essentials, vault, permissionsX, World Edit, World Guard, and many many more.

Prior and past experiences with position: I have been Head of Staff on 1 other server and which is actually doing quite well right now. I left because they didn't need me anymore.
