About YourselfI'm a rising junior in high school and I am mostly interested in computers as gaming is my main hobby. I have begun dabbling in graphic/web design in my free time and have a small online store open to Minecraft gamers. I play sports such as tennis and basketball for my school during the year. I enjoy meeting and working with new people within the gaming community as it helps me grow my skills and abilities.
StrengthsI believe my greatest strength would be my ability to easily meet new individuals as well as my skills in management. As seen in the previous servers I have worked on, I excelled in areas of managing other individuals and running projects as the lead project manager. I am able to communicate effectively and efficiently with others to produce a viable product. Another strength I have is advertising, as I have skills in areas of communicating with others and starter graphic design skills, I have been able to excel in areas of advertisement. I am a organized, friendly, but professional individual and is able to complete tasks in an efficient manner. I have had years of experience within the Minecraft community as I have started playing Minecraft during Alpha-Beta stage.
WeaknessesOne of my weaknesses would be my lack of knowledge in areas such as java development and server backside development. My ability to communicate with others diminishes when I do not have as much knowledge in the topic of conversation.
Why do you want to be a staff memberI would like to be a staff member because I am looking for a server that has potential and professionalism. I would like to contribute my skills and abilities to a server that has solid ideas and prospects for the future. I prefer to be in a community where professionalism and maturity is key from each staff member. Arbictus Network interests me in the fact that the server aims to expand their boundaries to other areas such as RPG or other games.
What position are you looking forModerator/Administrator - I would like to be in a place where I can make an impact to the server development and management.
What would you like to do in the networkI would like to be a project manager or in the advertisement team. I believe the best place for me to excel would be an area where I can contribute to the server ideas and help manage project development.
Previous ExperienceAs I mentioned before, I have been in the Minecraft community since Alpha-Beta stage of Minecraft. I have developed and owned multiple servers of my own in the past. With the development of my own servers, I have gained knowledge in areas such as server development and back-end creations of servers. I have also been able to learn areas such as advertisement, staff management, and organization. I have gone between numerous servers in the past due to a lack of funding. Some primary servers that I have excelled the most on in terms of development and contribution would be:
