however much we would LOVE to make our own pack we just simply dont have the followship to make a successful server at the same time. this may again be somthing we do further down the line but for now its just not do-able

RCXcrafterI voted other because I think you should make your own modpack. Please do not use crazycraft.

last post before i head to sleep guys! its 6 am and need sleep.

im also looking for feedback if people are so willing so...

pre warning. i like Hatsune Miku. for those who are in the knowing i actually make music as a vocaloid programmer and im not just crazy

love the idea of having less "banned" ideas but most issues get stamped out by active admins. we dont want to limit people game play however white listing will also bring its own set of challenges...


_coolness_Haha. Well, I sort of agree with @gerardito19 about the whitelist. When It comes to modpack servers I prefer a smaller and more close knit community. It also provides opertuity for low to none banned items. Just my opinion!

after having a small convosation with the a few other admins we feel that the way of the more RAM intensive mod packs is not the way to go. this is due to not everyone being able play the modpacks in question and we want to be open to ALL ranges of people and not everyone has a computer from outer space this will also make our servers run at higher costs which at this early stage is not something we want. maybe if we get a good player base we may in the future create a second server with more RAM intensive mod packs.. i hope you understand and feel free to ask questions, thats what im here for!

thank you for your information.

we are still undecided on the white-list situation however the staff will be having a meeting in the next 12-24 hrs so i will get back to you. we understand that not everyone has the worlds best computer so i will investigate how RAM intensive the mod pack is and will pitch it to the staff. your opinion is valued and i will let you know if we have any more info for you in the upcoming days!


gerardito19Im not sure of the type of players you usually have online but if they like different stuff the new FTB Infinity has loads of things to offer, put is ram intensive, Dark Trilogy same of FTB is a more tech-magic specialisation mod pack made for older players, either ways I advice you a closed server to make the best community as possible and if is like that I would like to know if theres a special request to fill to be whitelisted

Note depending in the type of server you want I can recommend you other mod packs
but personality a small FTB infinity mod pack is the best choice atm

Thank you for the offer, However.

we have a team of long term server admins and mods from a range of games all combined to build a better experience. The Trinity Network is all-ready established after being renamed (Old Name: AspireGames) and we would like to stay as a single group under our own systems. Minecraft is not all we do. so i will have to decline that offer. i do appreciate it tho. if you need a hand and i have some time i will be more than to help tho!

ram usage will depend on what modpack we decide to go for in the run. its unlikely to be whitelisted however this is not set in stone. i would also like to see if people want witelisted as oppose to open. we are trying to make a server for the people not what we want to do. that way we can build a community and have a good gaming network!


_coolness_I will be on as soon as I build my new computer! Also, will it be white listed? If not how much ram? Just asking, because it would be nice to know if I could run it with my laptop (temporarily). Sounds great!

Just a waiting game i guess, but same as when Amazon bought twitch.. i wont change anything its still the same staff on the same project under Microsoft provisions so noone needs to worry. if anything this will be good and i hope that this might actually happen...

gunna level with people here, i think if this is the case M$ chose a time to do it, with bukkit, spigot, mcpc, mcpc+ and forge being shut down due to DMCA request's im sure Monjang know they are going to lose alot of people quick... why wouldn't they try to flog something that has a possibility of failing?
