I have been a gym leader before once but I'm very happy to do it again

What would make me a good leader: I have played on lots of pixelmon servers and I know what the gyms are like and how the leaders act. If I was the gym leader I would be kind and friendly to the challenger by wishing them luck before the battle.
Yes I do understand I will have to be mature at all times even though I'm 13 I am mature for my age.

Additional info : I can play mostly on weekdays for about 2 hours a day and about 2-5 hours on weekends .
