I don't see this being successful, considering there is already services targeted to make per-composed (and slightly editable websites). These services are also general so they receive a lot more light, they're not targeted to a specific demographic of people.
I only see people using what's popular. And now, it's too late. We don't need more services for all those cheap kids to pump into the pit of Weebly / Enjin sites.
I see this being successful and I am genuinely looking forward to using it. You never know how successful it can be until you finish it
The only thing I've seen like this (can host on your own, not WordPress) is this. Yours looks so much better. I, for one, will use this and send it to friends.

(I don't know anything about all of that, but I imagine some people would like it)
- website automation or such by the use of flags, as in, "every x amount of time do this", or such, perhaps it could be useful, maybe integration into the server to give something to everyone every 50 votes or so (as example).
- Dynmap support or anything like that.
- A way to chat from the website to the server, perhaps a plugin that allows the use of a chat channel between the server and website.
If you need any more, I guess I could come up with some ideas.
